Nynne Riis is a textile designer, specialized in knitwear, color and materials. Nynne graduated from The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, School of Design in 2016.

Her work is founded in the materials abilities and how colors interact. Always with a sustainable focus, to make products with a “life of their own”. Products that call for interaction and a sensuous and tactile approach. Products that inspire and encourages the viewer to make up one’s mind about it.

She works with projects within textile collections, knitwear design, decoration and educational courses, with textile techniques and design process as main focus.
